The hotel is beautiful, very quiet, the atmosphere is very family, but also if you go as a couple is an excellent option, the buffet is very rich and varied, the staff is very attentive and friendly, is a few minutes from downtown, 2 blocks from a shopping center, has a pool :) also there is always surveillance, I liked my stay, far exceeded my expectations.
At first there were problems with the room I was assigned, but, they changed me to another one that didn't have any problem, with the best attitude in the world of all the staff that assisted me, the only thing that I would mark as something bad is that in the mornings they pass by to knock and they even open the door of the room, although I had put safety to ask for the laundry service and it is a situation that I find extremely uncomfortable, if they improve that I would definitely give them a 10, because it is an excellent option to stay.

hotel is generally in good condition, room is good, bed is very comfortable and pillows too, shower is excellent! pool area is nice but the water didn't look very clean, next day it didn't look like it had been cleaned up either, my rating is mostly because we ordered a pizza from the pool area and although it looked good and service of the waiters is very good, cheese made your mouth bitter, We made the observation to the waiter who also tasted it and confirmed that the cheese was indeed bitter and we returned the pizza practically whole, came a lady who I think was the kitchen manager or captain who told us that the cheese was indeed mozzarella and bitter because it was that cheese!! that it was not spoiled..... it was incomparable of the bitter thing... that it would not cancel us nor it would change the pizza, truth became a lack of ethics and empathy to me... by $155 pesos..... as if one like guest/client ordered the food to throw it to the garbage, we had to leave to buy food to another side by that reason.

The bed was comfortable. the restaurant was good both in terms of staff and quality of food. - I tried delicious dishes. - the location in a green area was magnificent. - Downtown Queretaro district was worth exploring.

The hotel in general is beautiful, it has a simple but pleasant style, you can't imagine by the area that it is so big. The location is in very good and easy access. Valet parking is friendly and fast, I find it a very family friendly hotel, with splashing pools ideal for children of all ages. Restaurant with good food, in the buffet service.
The bar and pool service is very slow. The waiters in that area are not very attentive, and they take a long time to attend commands, and it was something that happened the three times that I went down to eat; you have to ask for things more than twice, the waiters like that they abandon you or they forget or simply they are not interested; something different from the restaurant, there if they are very kind. The air conditioning of my room was exaggeratedly noisy! Although there are smoking areas, none of them have ashtrays or garbage cans, which causes more pollution.

I like the hotel for its location, gardens and price. I got there because I had very good memories of other occasions. The rooms are clean, well-lit and with functional furnishings, including a good desk and chair, which are important to me. The internet worked very well.
beds are very hard; well, I guess those are personal preferences. what I liked the least was that the hotel is one step away from providing excellent service, it doesn't. With a little more care, it would be a very good hotel. It has a lot of neglected details, from check-in to check-out. At the reception desk they didn't give me directions to my room, I had to insist that they explain it clearly. safety box was not working because it had no battery. I explained to them that the hallways were dark when I got out of the elevator, they said no, that there were sensors (they didn't work, I guess, they didn't even check, because that's how they were the two nights I stayed there). food I ordered, dinner and breakfast, was very fatty, even a lettuce swimming in the oil where the food was cooked. air conditioning in the room had a dividing wall in front of it between the sink and rest of the room, hindering the distribution of air. I noticed that a person in a wheelchair could not enter the reception bathroom because the spaces are small and there are steps. window blinds closed by themselves, there was no way to leave them at an intermediate height. So, on its own, every detail might not seem important; all together they show a problem. These are just a few examples.

In my king room, I found a safe to keep my belongings secure, a nice flat-screen TV with lots of channels to choose from, and even tea/coffee making stuff. 📺 the best part was the prime location, right in the heart of the action - near downtown, the restaurant, and other hangout spots.

As far as food is concerned, it's good, clean, the attention of the reception staff is not the best but it's saved, the pools are in good condition although they need to change the water more often in high season and perhaps what I liked most was their gardens.
On my arrival they did not respect the request I included here, referring to the location of rooms still made the reservation with 1 ? months in advance, the noise by the staff (waitresses, cleaning and restaurant) was very annoying, besides they have rooms that overlook the main avenue 5 de febrero and it is a terrible noise at any time, there are rooms too small and not all have the same, example; frigobar, coffee maker, room etc.. although it is the same price. I asked for a clericot, a lousy one, it was literally a lemonade, they need staff in the bar and in the restaurant. Nothing advisable to stay here and less the views of the rooms of the 8 rooms requested.

The hotel had a beautiful and clean pool area, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even with the language barrier. I also appreciated the complimentary towels provided at the desk, making it easy to enjoy the pool without worrying about bringing my own.
One drawback was the location of the hotel, as it was quite far from the city center. This meant that finding decent food options required taking a cab.

Absolutely incredible and incredibly beautiful hotel here!
Clean venue with nice location on a major avenue. Location near to Queretaro city center and the Centro Historico and a new and modern shopping mall.

We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful room with a view due to an issue with our double room, the location was great in a lovely area.
